The code to access the safe is the last four digit of the credit card used to guarantee reservation. Proceed to the front desk by 11:00 a.m. the next day to complete the registration process. ** CHECK-IN FOR RV & Camping (NSA Annapolis, Bldg. 46, Blue Jacket Recreation Center): **FRONT DESK HOURS: Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m./ Friday and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. / Federal Holidays: 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. **AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN: Guests will be informed of their assigned space prior to arrival. Proceed to the Blue Jacket Community Center by 11:00 a.m. (Noon on holidays) the next day to complete the registration process. The camp host is on site if there are any questions.

**Directions - Please note The Suites and the RV Park/Campgrounds are located on different sides of the Severn River and have different check-in locations, please refer to the “Getting Here” link on this property’s main web page.
** Reservation Policy Notes:
* This property does not accept cash.
* Same day reservations are booked by calling the site
* ADA Accessibility – Due to historical structure, the Suites are not handicapped accessible. All Suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
* Maximum Reservations / Maximum Length of Stay:
- HOTEL - SUITES: Maximum 2 Suites per Sponsor’s ID and maximum of 30 days per reservation.
- RV PARK SITES: Maximum two sites per Sponsor’s ID. Reservations may be booked for up to 30 days or in periods of 30 days; not to exceed a total of 180 consecutive days.
- CAMPSITES: Maximum two sites per Sponsor’s ID. Reservations may be booked for up to 30 days or in periods of 30 days; not to exceed a total of 180 consecutive days.
(Any requests for exceptions must be approved by management.)
** SEASONAL OPERATION
- The Campsites are operational from April 1 through October 31. The RV Park and Suites are operational year round.
** ELIGIBLE PATRONS:
*Active and Retired Military, Active DoD Employees and families.
*Staff and members of Naval Academy Athletic Association. Other private organization affiliated with the US Naval Academy and NSA Annapolis may be eligible for a waiver, please contact the Front Desk directly.
** SPONSORED RESERVATIONS: When a reservation is acquired through sponsorship, eligible sponsors are required to complete the registration process in person no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date. A cancellation fee of one night’s room charge per reservation may be assessed.
** BASE ACCESS: Sponsors are responsible in obtaining base pass for their guests. Please contact Security Office at 410-293-5762 for more information.
** Pets:
* The Suites have one pet friendly unit, please contact site for additional information, fees and to potentially reserve this unit based on availability.
* RV Park & Campground - Pets are allowed in personal campers and tents in the campground only provided they are supervised, leashed and current vaccination paperwork is presented at check-in. Limit of two pets per site. Please contact site for additional information and restrictions.
*Pets are not allowed in any other Navy buildings.
** Guests staying in The Suites will receive a complimentary membership and discount at the Naval Academy Club’s restaurant “The Alley”.

NOTE: Please be sure verify all policies/restriction prior to arrival; they may vary based on the installation and/or location.
