Eligible patrons include Active Duty, Military Retirees, Reservist, NAF and DoD civilians, and sponsored guests.
*All guests must provide required identification to stay at Navy Getaways (Military ID or CAC).
*Guests are responsible for verifying all policies prior to arrival. Policies may vary based on the installation and/or location. This may affect (but not limited to) certain guest eligibility such as DoD civilians, contractors, retired civilians, sponsors, foreign nationals, etc. Other restrictions may apply but not listed.

How can I get base access?
A lodging reservation does NOT guarantee base access. Base access restrictions may apply.
Please contact the Pass and ID Office prior to your arrival for access requirements.
Are pets allowed at Navy Getaways?
Pets are allowed at certain locations. Please call your destination to confirm pet policies.
Which credit cards are accepted at Navy Getaways?
Navy Getaways accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
How do I guarantee my room for late arrival?
Check-in office hours of operation vary depending on the location. Please consult hours of operation at your destination website page and contact your destination’s front desk to inform your late arrival.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations are available online and by calling 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233) 24/07.
Online reservation
Choose your destination and select Check Availability. At the reservation page fill in your arrival date, departure date, number of guests, purpose of visit, gender, service, and pay grade. Choose accommodation and follow instructions on the screen.

If “Call for Availability” message displays, you must make your reservation via telephone.

What are civilian pay grades CV1, CV2, and CV3?
CV1, CV2, and CV3 are civilian pay grades equivalent to GS and NAF.
CV1 is equivalent to GS1 – GS13/NAF1 – NAF3
CV2 is equivalent to GS14+/NAF4+
CV3 is a CIV SES
What are the Navy Getaways cancellation policies?
A cancellation fee will not be assessed if a reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the reservation check in date.
A cancellation fee equals one night’s room charge, if cancelled less than 14 days from the reservation date.
All fees collected will be charged to the credit card used to make the original reservation. Fees are charged at the Navy Getaways location.

How do I cancel or change a reservation?
Cancel Online: Select your Navy Getaways location. Once the location comes up click on Check Availability. A new
page will appear on the left side. Enter the email address you used to create your profile
and log in. Once you are logged in you can view your reservation. Click on the View
Reservations link. Then click on the Cancel link. If you are sure you want to cancel, choose
the Ok button. Otherwise, choose the cancel button to leave your reservation unchanged.
The screen will refresh. A red icon will appear next to the reservation letting you know your
reservation is cancelled.
Cancel by Phone: Dial 1-877-NAVY-BED (1-877-628-9233). When prompted, press '2' for Navy Getaways RV Parks & Vacation Rentals.
Change Reservation Online: Changes to an existing reservation are not available online.
