** Reservation Policy Notes:
* Maximum stay for VACATION RENTALS - 14 days for all accommodations, except the RV Park.
* Maximum stay for RV PARK:
1. Off-Season RV Length of Stay (October 1 through April 30) - Reservations may be booked for up to 30 days or in periods of 30 days, not to exceed a total of 180 consecutive days. After 180 consecutive days, Guests will submit a request to extend beyond the 180 days. Guests may submit a request to extend 30 days in advance prior to the departure date of their current reservation. Requests for extension cannot extend the reservation beyond the Off-Season. Off-Season Reservations cannot extend into the Peak-Season and a new reservation must be made.
2. Peak-Season RV Length of Stay (May 1 through Sept 30) - Reservations may be booked for up to 30 days. After 30 days, Guests must vacate their site for two weeks (14 days) prior to making another reservation. Guests can make multiple 30 day reservations, but there must be 14 days in-between reservations. Peak-Season Reservations must begin and end between May 1 and Sept 30. Reservations can not extend into the Off-Season and a new reservation must be made.
* Minimum stay: 2-night minimum stay for all camper trailers.
* Sponsored guest restrictions:
* Sponsored guests who don't have base access and are traveling in their own vehicle will need to coordinate with the Pass & ID office 360-257-5620 to obtain a pass. ID Card Holders may escort up to five guests each, they must be traveling in same vehicle. (Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, current license plate tags and proof of insurance are required for all vehicles.)
* Sponsored guest restrictions: Sponsor is required to stay on site with civilian guests. Beginning January 22, 2018, guests from the following states must have an "Enhanced" Driver's License or Identification Card if using their State-Issued ID for gaining access to NAS Whidbey: Washington, Vermont, New York, Minnesota, and Michigan. Non-enhanced ID cards issued by the mentioned states will no longer be accepted as a valid form of ID for sponsored on guests at the gate, or on a pre-approved guest list. For guests with enhanced IDs, valid US Passports, Driver's Licenses and State-Issued Identification Cards from RealID Compliant states, and any other approved items listed on Table 12-1 of CNICINST 5530.14A, no changes have been made. Please review the list of approved ID types and plan ahead to prevent issues at the front gate and guests being turned away. * Foreign National base access applications require 30 days to process.
** Base Access: ID card is required to access NAS Whidbey Island.
** Pets are allowed in the Yurts, RV Park and campground areas with $15 per pet, per night fee when staying in the Yurts. Please notify the front desk of any pets upon check-in. Pets are not allowed in the rented camper trailers.
** Yurt safety - No inside cooking, smoking or open flames. No portable fire pits near the Yurts
** All bathhouses are ADA Compliant.
** Picnic Pavilions are available on a first come, first serve basis.
** Coin operated laundry facilities, bike rentals, trails and hiking are available.
** NOTE: Please be sure verify all policies/restriction prior to arrival; they may vary based on the installation and/or location. This may affect (but not limited to) certain guest eligibility such as DoD civilians, contractors, retired civilians, sponsors, foreign nationals, etc. Other restrictions may apply but not listed.
