Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Hours of Operation are: Monday thru Friday are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. After Hours Check-In: Keys will be in a lockbox located outside of the front office door. A list of guest names and corresponding unit numbers will be posted on the front of the box. Please use the lockbox code included in your confirmation e-mail to retrieve your key.

** Reservation Policy Notes:
* Same day reservations are booked by calling the site at (305) 293-5000 or (305) 293-5001.
* Maximum stay: up to 14 day maximum per stay with at least a 90 day departure period. Multiple reservations using different ID Cards resulting in a combined total stay that is greater than 14 days are not authorized.
* Maximum reservations per ID: One. Please call site for any group reservation requests.
* Sponsored guest restrictions: DOD Retirees may only sponsor their spouse, their children under 18 years old and their parents. Each immediate family member must go through a screening process prior to arrival before being allowed base access. Contact Pass & ID office at (305) 293-2806 or the front desk for further instructions.
* Foreign Nationals: Non-U.S. citizens and foreign nationals (with or without CAC card) must go through a screening process prior to arrival before being allowed base access. Contact Pass & ID office at (305) 293-2806 or the Front Desk for further instructions and timeline requirements.
