Recreational Lodging Annapolis has three facilities that are located on either the east or west side of the Severn River. The distance between the Naval Academy (USNA) property and the Naval Support Activity property (N.S.A) is about four miles. *** SUITES AT THE U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY *** The hotel offers 16-one bedroom suites, located in the heart of the U.S. Naval Academy, known as “The Yard”, is right at downtown Annapolis. Each suite has two TV’s, one king or queen bed, a living room or sitting area with a sofa. Room sizes vary from 300 to 750 sq. ft. Selected suites offer a kitchen equipped with full size appliances and one suite is pet friendly. All suites offer daily housekeeping, bath and beverage amenities, linens, Wi-Fi, self-serve laundry facility, temporary membership to the Naval Academy Club and entitlement to selected MWR services and facilities.

*** THE COTTAGES AT GREENBURY POINT AT N.S.A. ANNAPOLIS *** Located east of the Severn River at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, there are 16 one-story cottages constructed in 2023. Four cottages are 3-bedroom/2-bath units and twelve cottages are 2-bedroom/1 bath units. The 2-bedroom cottages are separately rented duplex units with a connecting door. IF AVAILABLE, they both sides may be rented to create a 4-bedroom unit (Please check on connecting availability with the Front Desk at time of making the reservation for two units). The Cottages offer xxx ADA accessible units with either 2 or 3 bedrooms. There are also xxx pet friendly units that are xx bedrooms (Please check with Front Desk at time of reservation for additional pet fees & restrictions). All of cottages have a living/dining room area, with a queen-sized pull out sofa bed and a dining table that seats between 4-6 guests. Every Cottage living room and bedroom have a flat-screen TV. There is full kitchen in each Cottage, with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and front load washer/dryer. The kitchens are stocked with a 10-cup coffee maker, glassware, basic cooking and dining utensils. All units have a screened-in porch with patio furniture and share a picnic area with charcoal grills and fire pits. Bedroom linens and bathroom amenities are provided. NOTE: Coffee and bathroom amenities are provided for the first night only. The Cottages are situated just past the the U.S. Naval Academy Golf Course, in a natural resources conservation area, near the MWR Annapolis Mill Creek Marina. Guests can enjoy the Greenbury Point Nature Area, with a 3.1-mile loop that is popular for running, walking, and hiking. The Possum Point Peninsula fishing area is not to be missed as it overlooks the Chesapeake Bay, and the Bay Bridge that connects the western and eastern shore of Maryland.

*** THE CAMPGROUND AT N.S.A. ANNAPOLIS *** Located east of the Severn River at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, the Campground offers 14 RV Sites and 12 Rustic Tent Camping Sites, with a communal bathhouse exclusively for customer’s use. The Campground is a short drive from the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. It is within walking distance to the Navy Exchange and the Commissary. There are 14 RV pads available that can each accommodate 30 to 50 foot RV’s. Each RV site offers partial hook to include water, a 30-AMP electrical outlet (ONLY 30 AMP). There is a dump station conveniently located at the nearby Navy Exchange Gas Station. Each site is equipped with a picnic table and a charcoal grill. The RV sites are open year round. There are also RUSTIC GROUP TENT CAMPING options available for tent camping groups. Please contact the front desk directly for additional information on Rustic Group Tent Camping. The CAMPGROUNDS (RV and Tent sites) are open from April 1 to October 31. **************************************** IMPORTANT RV SITE MAXIMUM AMPERAGE NOTICE: RV sites are equipped with ONLY a 30-amp power source, that is equivalent to 3,600 watts. Guests are responsible to ensure that their personal cables, converters, and or adaptors with surge protectors shall not draw power in excess of the 30-amp capacity, at any given time.
